Terms of Service
These terms apply to the international connectivity subscription service provided by VPNSit. Before using the service, please review its scope, billing, and refund rules. For questions, contact support through a ticket in the user panel. These terms do not exclude statutory rights granted by the laws that apply to you.
Service Details and Scope
VPNSit provides international routes and subscription configurations for international access and network performance. Coverage includes 120+ countries / 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and configurations are shown in the user panel and may change due to maintenance or operational adjustments.
The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. Use of destination services remains subject to their regional, account, and usage policies. Route coverage does not guarantee continuous availability for every website.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your password, subscription links, and client configurations secure. Do not post them on public pages or share them with untrusted parties. If you discover that someone else is using your account, change your password promptly and request assistance through a ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but this does not permit account sharing with other users. Subscriptions are for the account holder’s use on their own devices only. Reselling, renting, publicly distributing, or sharing accounts or subscription configurations is prohibited, as is providing the service to third parties through proxy distribution.
Billing and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Check the billing method, data allowance, and order total before payment.
Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. A full refund for any reason may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Submit a ticket in the user panel with the relevant order information for verification and processing; no reason is required. Refund progress and handling details will be communicated through the ticket. These terms make no separate commitment on processing time. Statutory refund rights are not limited by the application period above.
Responsible Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in the regions involved in your use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include network attacks, distributing malicious software, fraud, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized data access, or disrupting other people’s systems or normal network operations.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary authorization for the content you access and the actions you take, and for following the rules of destination platforms. The service does not replace your legal obligations. VPNSit may take necessary and proportionate measures in response to conduct that could harm the service or other users’ rights.
Availability and Limits of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, destination websites, and device configuration. Maintenance, network failures, changes to third-party policies, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. VPNSit does not guarantee a fixed speed, latency, or continuous availability of specific content. Maintenance and adjustments that affect use will be described in the user panel.
If an issue occurs, first check your local network and try a different route. If the problem persists, submit a ticket. For third-party interruptions or issues caused by your own configuration that VPNSit cannot reasonably control, responsibility will be determined by the actual cause as required by law. These terms do not waive any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Account Termination and Changes to the Terms
VPNSit may suspend relevant features and, after review, terminate accounts involved in unlawful use, resale or sharing, account theft, or conduct that harms service operations. Except in cases of urgent risk or where the law requires otherwise, the reason will be explained in the user panel, with a ticket channel available for appeals. Orders and refunds after termination will be handled under these terms and applicable law.
These terms may change when the service or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated month. Important changes affecting billing, refunds, or usage rights will be announced in the user panel. Updates will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already accrued.
