This policy explains how VPNSit handles information when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions and operating this website. It applies to the marketing website, user panel, and related support processes. Third-party payment pages and external services follow their own policies and are outside the scope of this policy.
Account and Order Information
VPNSit does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password; an email address is not a condition of activation. Account information is used for authentication, subscription management, and access checks. Passwords are sensitive credentials; do not share them in tickets or other public spaces.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and associated transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm service delivery, reconcile accounts, and process refunds. Subscription status, remaining data, and cumulative usage are used to apply subscription rules and are not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Text and attachments submitted voluntarily in a support ticket are used only to address the related issue. Please remove unrelated personal information first.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNSit follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain browsing histories, lists of destinations, or communications, or build long-term connection histories linked to individual users. Cumulative usage used for data billing does not include details of specific webpages or content.
Connection status may be processed temporarily to maintain an active session and is released when the session ends; it is not retained as an ongoing connection log. Administrative events such as account logins, order changes, and unusual requests are handled separately from network access logs. They are used only for account security, service verification, and troubleshooting, and are not combined with browsing destinations to create behavioral profiles.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, basic device environments, and button usage so we can improve content and troubleshoot interaction issues. These statistics concern use of the website and user panel; they are not used to record browsing activity carried over international routes.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to save necessary session status, login credentials, and language preferences, depending on the features you use. You can manage or clear this data in your browser settings. Clearing it may require you to log in again and may restore default preferences. Clearing local data does not automatically delete account or order records stored on our servers.
Payment Processing and Information Sharing
VPNSit supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. Each provider explains its own verification, settlement, and retention rules. VPNSit uses payment results and necessary transaction identifiers to verify orders and does not ask users to provide payment passwords in support tickets.
Information associated with an order is shared only as necessary to verify payment or resolve a payment dispute. Except as needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal requirements, account information is not used for unrelated information transactions. When disclosure is legally required, the scope is limited to the lawful request and the data actually held.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for settlement, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support records are deleted or de-identified once the issue and any necessary review are complete. Records serve different purposes, so this policy does not set a single fixed retention period; data is not kept indefinitely after its purpose ends.
To access, correct, or delete account information, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying what you would like handled. Account ownership must be verified before processing to prevent unauthorized actions. Deletion may affect your subscription. Records still needed for settlement, disputes, or legal obligations will be restricted in use and handled once the basis for retention ends.
Policy Updates and Contact
VPNSit will update this policy on this page when information-handling practices or applicable requirements change, and revise the update month at the beginning of the policy. Important changes to purposes, scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Matters that legally require separate consent will follow the applicable process.
